Best Time to Visit
Best arrival time: 10:00 as soon as the gates open. The around 58 slides absorb more visitors than a standard park — queues are generally shorter than at Oasiria. That said, pools and sun loungers still fill up fast in high season.
Crowds: Being a hotel club with a controlled capacity, crowds are more regulated than at a public park. In peak season, day visitor numbers may be capped. Check availability before you travel.
Best season: Open all year thanks to the heated indoor pools. For outdoor attractions, April to October is ideal. The winter advantage: the 2 covered heated pools are accessible when every other water park in Marrakech is closed.

Pickalbatros is the most impressive water park in Marrakech on paper: around 58 slides, around fifteen pools, 251 rooms. In terms of sheer volume and variety of attractions, nothing in the region comes close. The Kids Aqua Park is one of the best children's areas I have seen at a resort of this type.
The main caveat is access. As a day visitor on the Waterpark Access Only ticket, you pay 300 DHS (approx. €27) with no meals included — the highest access-only day ticket in this selection — and there is no guarantee of entry if the hotel is heavily booked. If you want food included, the Full Day Pass at 850 DHS (approx. €77) is a different budget altogether. For families staying on the all-inclusive package, this is exceptional value. For a standalone day trip, you need to plan ahead and budget for meals separately unless you take the Full Day Pass.
My honest advice: if you have the budget and flexibility to stay on site, do it — you will not be disappointed. If you are just looking for a day out, Oasiria or Eden Aquapark offer a more predictable experience at a lower price. Rating: 8.5/10 for hotel guests, 7/10 for day visitors.
