Rose Aquapark Hotel is a 4-star hotel in the heart of the Hivernage district, just 10 minutes on foot from the famous Jemaa El Fna square. With 308 rooms including 27 suites, the property combines modern comfort with traditional Moroccan décor in an unbeatable central location.
The hotel's aquapark features heated pools open all year round (summer and winter alike), a water park with several slides, a full spa with hammam, sauna and jacuzzi, and a children's club. Its key advantage: being right in the heart of Marrakech, within walking distance of the medina — ideal for families and couples who want to combine sightseeing with aquatic relaxation.

3 restaurants on site: an international buffet restaurant, a traditional Moroccan restaurant and a poolside snack bar. 2 bars including a rooftop lounge bar with views over the city.
Situated in the Hivernage district — Marrakech's most upmarket neighbourhood — just 10 minutes on foot from Jemaa El Fna and the main tourist sites. Ideal for exploring the city without needing a taxi.
As a hotel resort, Rose Aquapark Hotel manages crowds very differently from a public water park. Pool areas are reserved for hotel guests, which ensures a notably calm atmosphere even during peak season.
Rose Aquapark Hotel is ideally located in the Hivernage district, right in the centre of Marrakech.
Rose Aquapark Hotel works well for families with children, bearing in mind that the aquatic facilities are on the modest side (4 slides, paddling pool). This is not a large-scale water park like Oasiria — it is a hotel resort with an integrated aquatic area.
Access to the aquatic facilities (pools, aquapark) is included in the room rate for hotel guests. No day-pass price is published on this page. For up-to-date rates and any available offers: see our Marrakech water park prices guide or contact our concierge service.
I've spent a lot of time in Hivernage since moving to Marrakech, and Rose Aquapark Hotel fills a very specific niche: the central resort with heated pools. If you're looking for a big water park with spectacular slides and giant wave pools, this is not it — head to Oasiria instead. But if you want to stay in the heart of the city, visit Bahia Palace in the morning, and soak in a heated pool in the afternoon with a mint tea in hand, this hotel is hard to beat for that particular brief.
The spa and hammam are genuinely good quality. Being 10 minutes on foot from Jemaa El Fna removes the taxi logistics entirely — no small thing when you're travelling with children. The trade-off is that 4 slides will be exhausted quickly by thrill-seekers.
My advice: book it for a 2–3 night city stay focused on Marrakech itself, not as a pure water park trip. That's where it delivers the best value-for-experience ratio. Overall rating: 4/5 for what it is — a well-located hotel with very good heated pools.
The aquapark at Rose Aquapark Hotel is primarily reserved for hotel guests. If you are not staying at the hotel, contact the property directly to check options. The heated pools are open year-round for hotel residents.
